In the Studio
Let's give a forever home to those forgotten masterpieces and support the amazing artists and initiatives of The Art Experience!
Artwork that we have been hiding (or hoarding?) in our studio needs to be out in the world. For sale will be framed pieces, art on canvasses and paper, either left behind from participants, or donations from friends and artists of TAE will be up for grabs.

Join us Saturday June 8th at Beaudette Park/The Mill Dam for a free, family oriented festival featuring environmental science education stations, bounce houses, face painting, art activities, community resources, food, fishing and now, an Artists Market!
We love this festival and working with our friends at the City of Pontiac, the Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner's Office, the Clinton River Watershed Council, and Pure Oakland Water.

On Thursday, November 14th, 2024, friends and supporters of The Art Experience spent a lovely evening at the Lafayette Grande Ballroom for Glimpse and Glimmer, our fundraising event that celebrates the transformative power of the creative process and supports the programming of The Art Experience.
2025's Glimpse and Glimmer is slated for November 13, 2025.
A Call for Artists to participate will be posted by the end of January, 2025.

After the tragic events in November 2021 at Oxford High School, The Art Experience and members of the Michigan Association of Art Therapists spent the last Sunday of each month at Evergreen's Coffee and Bakeshop in downtown Oxford for a year making art with the community, including painting stars from our friends at Stars of Hope.

When another unnecessary act violence took place in an educational setting in our state in February of 2023, Art Therapists of The Art Experience created a safe space online to share and support students, parents, and other Michiganders.
